My work centers primarily on how I perceive myself emotionally.

I seek to capture feelings, ideas, emotions, and aspects of my everyday life through realistic painting focused on the human figure.

​

In each painting I create, I strive to convey the feelings, perceptions, and sensations that people transmit to me. I work with live models not only to understand proportions and experiment with different techniques, but to capture what they think and feel ; that inner presence the body inevitably reveals.

Color is, for me, an emotional tool: each tone is a conscious decision that responds to a mood, a memory, a specific sensation. Through it, I build my own vision of the affective world that surrounds us.

​

I personally believe that art and the nature of human feelings are vital aspects of culture and history. My practice is born from intimate and personal experiences, with the conviction that naming what we feel through painting, is also a form of transformation, both individual and collective.
